The Business began with a few meals cooked out of Hines home in 2004 and eventually burgeoned in an Asian Grocery & Deli.
Owning an Asian Food market is a natural extention of life for Susie Hines. So in 2006 when family and friends encouraged her to start her own Asian food market in Odessa-she did. She started cooking eggrolls, noodles and other food from home. Starting her business from just the idea of cooking at home was very difficult.
